Ophthalmologist
Dr. Dilman is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist who treats a broad spectrum of eye diseases, from macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy to glaucoma and cataracts. He has a special interest in LenSx laser assisted cataract surgery with advanced technology intraocular lens implants, such as toric and multifocal lenses. Dr. Dilman also performs glaucoma laser surgery, and has a plethora of experience treating blepharitis and dry eye syndrome.
Ophthalmologist
Edward G. Dolezal, MD is an experienced eye physician who has been practicing ophthalmology in the Crystal Lake and McHenry County area for nearly 30 years. A native of La Grange Park, IL, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and with Bronze Tablet Honors. Afterwards, he earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Illinois (UIC) Medical School in Chicago. He then completed a residency in ophthalmology at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, followed by a glaucoma fellowship at Emory.
Optometrist
Dr. Jane Vilderman is a residency-trained optometrist with experience in comprehensive eye care and ocular disease. She received her bachelor's degree in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. She went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree at the Illinois College of Optometry where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She then elected to pursue additional clinical training and completed a residency program in primary eye care and ocular disease at the Illinois Eye Institute.
